The human brain has extremely good memorizing abilities. The problem is that people don’t know how to use it. Your subconscious mind memorizes EVERYTHING you have ever experienced. The only problem is that people can’t access those memories consciously on demand, so in a way those memories are worthless to the average person. But if someone understands the way the memory works, and learns to develop better control over it, then that person gains a huge advantage compared to those who don’t.

First of all let’s clarify a few things about meditation. Meditation is a form of mental concentration in which the mind is focused on an object of thought or awareness. Different forms of it can be found in almost all religions, but it can be done independently of which religion you follow (or not-follow). There are different kinds of meditations, but I won’t go into all of them. This post was meant to be a simple introduction into meditation.

Motivation tips

There are two kinds of motivations. One comes from within. The other comes from external influences. The one that comes from within is way more powerful and beneficial than the one that comes from the outside. But finding your “inner” motivation (if you don’t have it) is HARD work, and takes a long time. And lots of people are in a life situation that they can’t afford to experiment finding their sources of inner motivation.(E.g.: Lots of people are stuck working in a company that they hate, but can’t risk quitting their job because of their financial situation) In those cases the external motivation can be really helpful. The main problem with external motivation is that it doesn’t last, so you have to do it daily.
